How to Provide Temporary Login Access:

Ensuring a smooth license activation process is essential for both you and us. To grant us temporary login access to your WordPress dashboard, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Install the “Temporary Login Without Password” Plugin

1. 1. Login to Your WordPress Dashboard: Go to your WordPress website’s admin area and log in using your credentials.
   2. Navigate to Plugins: In the left-hand menu, click on “Plugins.”
   3. Add New Plugin: Click on the “Add New” button at the top of the Plugins page.
   4. Search for the Plugin: In the search bar, type “Temporary Login Without Password” and hit Enter.
   5. Install and Activate: Locate the plugin by StoreApps and click the “Install Now” button. After installation, click on “Activate” to activate the plugin on your WordPress site.

Step 2: Generate a Temporary Login Link

1. 1. Access the Plugin: Once activated, go to the left-hand menu, find “Temporary Logins,” and click on it.
   2. Enter Details: In the plugin settings, provide your email address, a name (e.g. Support). Leave the other options as they are to ensure the correct access level and make sure you select English as Language.
   3. Create Temporary Login Link: Click on “Submit.” The plugin will generate a temporary login link.
   4. Copy the Link: Copy the generated link provided by the plugin. This link will grant temporary access to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 3: Share the Link with Us

1. 1. Contact Support:  go to the ORDERS section from My Account and access the REQUEST ACTIVATION button of the corresponding order containing the product you need installation and activation for (recommended method). You may also reach us via email at [email protected] should you choose to do so.
   2. Share the Link:

      In the form (or email) specify the license you want us to install on your website (You can find the product name in the corresponding order) and provide the direct URL access to your website. If you choose to contact us by email, make sure you also share your order number.

Step 4: We Install the Plugin and Activate Your License

Once we receive the temporary login link, our team will access your WordPress dashboard and activate the necessary license for your chosen theme or plugin.
