We have a 14 days returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. If you have purchased an Original License Product Installation and the license is already activated on your domain then there will not be any refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products 


To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you in processing your refund.

Please note that we can only offer refunds for products that have not been used. Once a product has been installed and activated on (at least) one website, it cannot be refunded.

If the licenses you purchased have not been activated, then we can provide you a full refund. (Payment gateway fees will still be charged)

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

Bear in mind that it may take up to 3-10 days to get your refund in your payment account or medium depending on the payment medium and the location of your bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] or submit a Support ticket from the My account dedicated section.


We only replace items if they are defective and if the licenses you purchased have not been activated. We can replace the product with another product at the same price or higher and pay the price difference.
